protein question
can your body have an immunity to protein if you use the same brand all the time....for example if i use ON protein for years and nothing else would it be good to switch it up or does it matter?

protein is protein no matter what brand name you use

the only thing u need to change over the years is ur protein intake and/or calorie intake not protein brand since u will be adding new muscle...

Your body does not develope immunities to protein. It does not work that way. The AMOUNT of protein is more important than what TYPE.

bro, i would def switch up, your body can develop allergies to certain things after contunued use. always good idea to switch it up.
