best souce of carbs
befoe yall chew my a55 i did research this but couldnt find that much on it.
besides rice what is the best source of complex carbs preferably something easy to make. i eat alot of oat meal but that ish gets old after a while and whenever i cook rice i always f@#k it up. i was reading a thread about cream of wheat, and cream of rice is this stuff comperable to rice and oatmeal. also what are your thoughts on wheat bread 100% whole grain unbromoted stone ground all that crap alot of people say all bread sucks but i would like to believe thats not true. thanks.

atkins low carb bread ? i thank you for your reply but im looking for an "abundacne of good carbs" when you say wheat does that include cream of wheat.

this is probably the part u were looking @....
not all the carbs are fiber
which i why i stated how many are fiber and how many are actual carbs....
CONCLUSION: legumes are a good souce of fiber , some of protein , and most give a good amount of low GI and low GI LOAD carbs which will be used by the body.....
