    Need help fixing this diet please.

    This is what my diet consists of at the moment. I know it's not that great, but any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    7:20 - First Meal

    2 pks Oatmeal/no sugar with Skim Milk
    1 whole wheat bagel w light cream cheese
    1 glass of orange juice
    1 cup coffee
    ---------------------------------

    10:15 - Second Meal

    2 scoops pro complex 55 grams of protein in water
    ---------------------------

    11:45 - Third Meal

    1 can tuna
    1 nonfat yogurt
    1 diet pepsi
    ----------------------

    12:30 - 1 diet Rockstar energy drink
    ---------------------------------

    3:00 - Fourth Meal

    1 16 oz 2% milk
    1 Triple Threat Energy Bar
    ---------------------------------

    5:30 - Fifth Meal

    1 can tuna
    diet pepsi
    -------------------

    6:30-8 - Training

    2 scoops Pro Complex PW Shake in water
    1 diced peaches in light syrup
    --------------------------------

    6th Meal - 8:30

    2 whole wheat slices with all natural peanut butter
    1 glass fat free skim milk
    ------------------------------------

    Bed - 10:00

    Is this a cutting diet?

    If so, I'd read the "how to cut" sample approach atop the page for a good general guide and improvement in many an area.

    BTW, bread w/pb and a glass of milk is not a meal. Neither is a bar, yogurt, etc.

    Yea SC i'm using it as a cutting diet. I also do 15 minutes cardio on the bike before I workout to get the blood flowing. Three times a week I run 1 mile on empty stomach at 6 am. What else could I add with the pb and whole wheat bread to make it a meal? I really like all natural pb. Can you gimme an example? BTW currently i'm at 230 pounds, 6"4. Most weight i've been at is 250 so i'm trying to maintain around this weight, but trying to shred all unwanted fat. I'll read the "how to cut" more closely. I briefly glanced over it. Thanks for help.
