    linseed oil

    a freind of mine bought me some linseed oil

    she said it was the same as flaxseed oil

    is that true???

    should i use it? coz ive never heard anything about it.... its seems to be a good fat but i thought id check before

    oh wait you mean raw linseed oil or boiled? b/c I used to paint and linseed oil can be used as a paint thinner and for treating wood.

    yeah, I'm thinking it's the raw linseed oil which is ok if I recall. I know that boiled linseed oil which you can buy at home depot and stores like that is no good to ingest at all. that's the only linseed I'm familiar with so I'll bump it for someone who knows more about the other. sorry for the scare.

    flaxseed is called linseed in sweden aswell.
