    Bulking Diet.....Little Help?

    Trying for lean bulk.............
    530 - LIGHT, LIGHT 35 MINUTE BRISK WALK

    700 - 3/4 cup rolled oats
    225g of dry curd cottage chesse with a few pieces of fruit
    1 cup egg whites
    600cals

    9:45
    2 pieces of whole wheat bread
    2tb of ANPB
    50g whey shake
    600cals

    1230
    3 servings (about 100g carbs) whole wheat pasta
    10oz chicken breast, steamed veggies, large salad

    300 (preworkout)
    1 can of tuna, small salad


    5:30
    TRAIN

    6:30
    WHEY/DEX

    7:30
    NOT SURE

    9:00
    CASEIN SHAKE, HANDFUL OF ALMONDS

    GOT TO BE CLOSE TO 4,000 CALS.........6'2, 175, 7-8%BF

    Looks pretty good to me...I know if I ate like that I would gain some serious mass. I eat hardley that much and am putting on lean mass.

    I say it all looks good, one part, at 6:30 i thought it said "Whey/Sex" i was like...noo thats more of a cutting diet

    my 730 meal will many times have to be at this orgainc resteraunt I found due to timing......think that's a problem? WOnder if I need the carbs or if I can scate by on a grilled chicken salad?

    Or maybe an ostrich burger on whole wheat, asparaghus and large salad? Glass of wine?

    How much dext to use? is it about 1/2 a protein scoop?

    I would eat more than a salad on 7:30 meal, somethin heartier if possible. Ostrich burger and etc. sounds pretty decent. I'm not sure about dextrose, I dont use it..

    Since you guys firmly believe low gly. carbs and fats are still bad, would it be ok to just go carb/protein in meal #2? Like 1/2 cup oats with 1-2 sccops of whey? Or could I add a tb of anpb with no ill effects?
