Lifting vs. Non-lifting days?
When your on a cutting and or bulking diet what do you change on lifting days vs. non-lifting? Caloric intake, Carb intake? The only difference between my lifting and non-lifting day is the PWO which means I'm cutting both calories and carbs on those days. I'm just trying to make sure I'm getting the maximum results from my diet. Thanks.

If I'm not lifting I try to eat less calories, I try to keep about a 500 kcal deficit across the board, so its something that you just have to adjust.

Yea..if you want get some lean mass on you, you need to figure out how many calories you need on your lifting days, and eat that much every day, even the ones you dont lift on, because that will create just enough calories to pack on lean mass..good luck

Well, I've never been on a bulking diet but on a cutting diet, on non-lifting days I lose the PWO and one pro/carb meal becomes a pro/fat meal. I usually eat around 400 calories less on non-lifting days overall
