This is what my trainer has me eating for my show!!!!

Holy shit this seems like a 180 from what I was doing beforehand. I'm 213 lbs at app 9% bf. My trainer is 310 lbs fairly cut, he gets on stage at 290lbs. This is a typical days diet for the next 2 weeks for me. Seems like a ton of food, hahaaha.

    1 tablspn flax oil
    1 cup of oats
    1 cup of mixed veggies

mid morning- 1/2 lb of sirloin steak
    1 cup of brown rice
    1 cup of veggies
    1 tbls flax

    Lunch- 10 oz chicken breast
    1 white potato
    1 cup veggies
    1 tblsp flax

mid afternoon- 1 large paket of tuna
    1 cup of brown rice
    1 cup mixed veggies
    1 tblspn flax oil

pre workout- 1/4-1/2 lb chicken breast
    1 white potato
    1 cup mixed veggies
    flax oil

    workout

post workout- whey shake w/ dextrose

dinner- another 1/2 lb sirloin steak
    more brown rice!!!
    more ****ing veggies!!!!
    more flax oil(hack hack)

late night snack- 1 packet of tuna(app 40 grams protien)
    1 cup of oatmeal
    1 serving flax oil
    more veggies

cardio is one hour 5 days/wk

anabolics being run are: 500mg/wk sustanon , 50mg eod winstrol , 800mg/wk EQ, 30 mg/day anavar (will go up to 45-60mg within the next couple weeks)
starting masteron at 100mg eod in about 2 or 3 weeks and started tren today at 75mg eod. Got some aldactone on the way as well as proviron . I will drop the sustanon about 3 weeks out from my show, and all other anabolics 10 days out except for the anavar, wich I'll stay on.

What is your macronutrient and caloric breakdown on that? Unless you figured that and your BMR, it's going to be difficult to tell if you are overeating.

It seems like a shitload of food to me, but the workout he has me doing are pretty intense. He says that I dont look full enough and that I should have a harder appearance than I do at this point. So this diet he has will change in 2 weeks. He was going off the info I told him, when I had my bf and resting metabolic rate checked a few weeks ago, but I'm sure its changed by now. We are doing tests this weekend and he said he will make adjustments as needed. It seems like alot, but maybe the guy is right.

i didnt see a mention of how far out you are either, which could be the reason for some many kcal (especially carbs)...

I am 6 1/2 weeks away right now. He says I will eat like this for 2 weeks, then everything will change. I dont know if he's trying to bring me up to speed faster or what. I almost think he might be giving me more of a diet suitable for himself. For one, I'm probably not on half the shit he is, especially the GH, I'm so damn confused right now. But his workouts are intense. Today I did my legs, the workout looked like this:

About 16 laps across the gym of lunges(just bodyweight)
4 sets of leg extensions, he wants me to do 25 reps, 35 reps, 45 reps, 55 reps!!! And I
thought 3 sets of 30 was rough!!!
    4 sets of lying leg curls(25 reps/set)
    4 sets of standing leg curls(25 reps/set)
    4 sets of leg presses(25 reps/set)
4 sets of hanging leg raises(15 reps/set) supersetted with 4 sets of decline situps(25 reps/set)

He has me doing 5 days of cardio at 1 hr a session. I'm training everything twice a week now, training 6 days a week. I've never trained with this type of volume before, I dont feel drained, probably because of all the food I'm eating. I think I may take some of his advice and combine it with my own program, but I dont know if I'm swallowing everything he gives me whole yet. I just think the guy is so advanced he may have forgotten what it's like to just be doing your second show. I'll give it 1 week and if I'm starting to look fat thats it, he's fired.

To be honest, I woke up this morning extremely full and pumped, and leaner believe it or not. I htink between the upped cardio and the more intense training the extra calories is only helping. I'm giving it a week, I will post pics of myself so you guys can compare and contrast what I look like next weekend and what I looked like last week. Peace

Sounds interesting. I've been eating more lately and mixing up all the macronutrients and feel the same way. But I'm not eating nowhere near as much as you are. I'd like to see some pics, especially with all that gear and food the before and afters should be nice.
