how do you drink oats?
I see these posts about adding 1cup of oats to a protien shake, I added 1/3cup and it all just went to the bottom of my mug. Does it make a difference if you blend it? Rather then stir it? Or do you just continously stir while the sh*t goes down?
Oh and about the oats... should you rinse your oats to minimize the starch?

i think most people blend it up, so that it's fine grained, and not the chunky ****.

I mix in two scoops of muscle milk and a half scoop whey, with a half cup of oats, shake it up, and I have a ratio of carb/fats/and pro for an emergency breakfast or emergency snack.

ive mixed half cup of oats with a scoop of whey and not too much water and it made it like a yogurt consistency and ate it out of a bowl...quite good.

i just put the oats in my mouth with a spoon take a sip of water and down it does

I like the chunky ****. You have to swirl it around in the shaker before you take a gulp, but I like chewing on chocolate flavored protein oats
Rambo- How do you like the Muscle Milk as a product. I was thinking about giving it a go, but the sat fats are up there

I'd agree...muscle milk is good stuff. Plus, I believe the reason the sat fats are so high is because they include the MCT's which are processed differently than normal long chain fats...
