daily fat intake?
Currently 185 and cutting. 6 meals a day with 40-50 grams of protein each meal and 2 carb meals after workout and 3 P/F from morning until workout and one P/F meal before bed. I usually shoot for 15-22 too fill calories. I am currently getting about 2400 calories.

I'd say it should be no lower than 20% of your diet, you can adjust fats accordingly depending on how many carbs you eat.

Right now on non workout days I eat 6 P/F meals and the fat count is 100 so that puts me at around 41 % for the day. On workout days it is about 26%. Is this alright. If I drop it any lower I will have to take in 55-60 protein a meal and I gather that with me being natural and 185 pounds, that is too much.

Fats and Cholesterol are largely responsible for the synthesis of various hormones, testosterone being one of them. That is why I said that I think anything over 20% of total cals is good.

If protein has to be gigested with fat, what is the least fat you can take in and have this concept still be effective. If I were too cut fat down I would be eating 350 protein a day and shitting like a pig.
