But you've given me very little to go on.
What exactly do you plan to acheive from the meals you put up in your first post?
From what you posted i can only perceive that your muscles will be very flat when you take these pictures tonight

Take the protein shake 7:30... I still don't get the diet re-arrangement for a photoshoot.

I was told that on the day of the shoot I had to have less water...... what do you mean by flat??
-
08-09-2005, 01:58 AM #11
Flat...your muscles will be deflated because your carbohydrate intake is too low.
You didn't need to cut out all carbs to lose that body water.
You could've lowered them..yes...and 3 days before the photo shoot you could've increased your supplemental potassium intake...lowered/cut your sodium intake...start taking dandelion root extract to flush out excess water and you would've been fine.
You posted this thread too late.
what time is it there right now?

10a.m. wow...not much you can do right now. Are you satisified with how you look right now?
Cus if you are...continue doing what you did for the last 15 days...don't change anything

yes very much man...... I dont think i look flat.... the pic in the avatar is me... Is that flat? cause I dont know what flat actually looks like...

I can't tell if you're 'flat' from the pic...You look in good shape...so i wouldn't stress myself if i was you.
Continue doing what you did to get into that condition...Makes no sense changing at the last minute and throwing it all away.
Good luck with the photoshoot.

thanks mate..... I will........ just one last question PLS!! I am going to do a light full body workout and then go to the photoshoot.... is that good??
-
08-09-2005, 02:49 AM #17
No it isn't...if anything...do a light warm-up JUST before the session starts. Try to do it as soon as possible before the session...
Pump your chest...and back...but not your abs or thighs.
Don't over pump cus that will blur your definition...and will result in your muscles going flat somewhere in the middle of your photoshoot.
While you waiting between shots/props...squueze your muscles to hold on to your pump.
Hope this helps bro.
It's 4:56 a.m. here
Im suffering from insomnia...so imma go try to sleep now.
Lemme know how it goes
