    what you people think about iso wey w/peanut butter?

    It's a situational question, so it's hard to answer what I think about it when I don't know the other factors of the entire approach.

    Meaning you would like to see a complete menu etc...?

    I was just wondering if adding peanutbutter instead flaxseed oil to Iso wey/protien shake, be to much fat before bedtime?

    Personally, I'd get whey concentrate if you're going to add PB. It's slower digesting, much cheaper, but has a bit more fat/carbs. (which obviously you're not too worried about if you're adding natty PB)
