    Protein Bar Question

    Ok...Ok......before the flames roll, let me preference by saying I know they are not optimal. However, I received 5 free Myoplex Carb Sense boxes from an EAS distributor as a token. Very low sugar and fat............carbs are about 10 net and protein in the 30s........would you begin to incorpate them into your diet as added cal if you are trying to lean bulk. I mean stay pretty lean, while putting on solid mass? Diet is pretty on point aside from this. If so, would you use them a s a meal or on top of? Pre Post? before bed? Thanks fellas.........


    530 - LIGHT, LIGHT 35 MINUTE BRISK WALK

    700 - 3/4 cup oats
    225g of dry curd cottage chesse with a few pieces of fruit
    1 cup egg whites

    2 pieces of whole wheat bread
    2tb of ANPB
    50g whey shake

    3 servings (about 100g carbs) whole wheat pasta
    10oz chicken breast, steamed veggies, large salad

    1 pack of tuna, small salad and veggies, few peanuts

    That doesn't look like 4000 cals to me. Where is your ppwo meal. Your macro's seem off and your fat intake is not nearly high enough just from reading you diet. I use bars very rarely during bulking, but you could incorporate them as a snake throughout the day. I would personally not sub them into any food times. They are kinda garbage imo.

    Ok..thnx bro.....any suggestions on changes? last meal has about 3tb of ANPB and I will toss in some flax and fish oils........

    Thats looks more like a cutting diet.

    All bars are shvt IMO.

    How would YOU suggest changing if you were me. Wouldn't even include them in a clean bulk if they were free? 5 boxes is tough to waste, but I do agree they are not ideal. Could you help me with my meal plan?
