    Canned Pumpkin PPWO?

    Stats for 2 cups: 200 calories - 40 carbs - 16 fiber - 16 sugars

    Ingrerdients: pumpkin

    I used to eat it during CKD carb loads and it really was good for a change. Also, how much fiber in PPWO? I get 9 in the wheat pasta and I am not sure in the yam

    hmm thats for ppwo not pwo...I dont know bout the fiber neutralizing the sugar carbs...

    Well i dont do do ne High GI nemore....even on cheat days

    to be safe...Id use it pwo with whey if u really want to
