I see a lot of times when someone adds there diet/menu for others to critique, there usually missing some sort of stat. If we had a template as a sticky so when anyone needs there diet check out, they would fill it out with everything that an expert looks at. This would especially help out noobies to the board like me and get a quick response.
Maybe a pro/expert be able to draw up a template?
