advice on new eating times....
okay i started a new job and so my eating times have changed..... here is the new program......
5:15am- cardio 45-60min
7am- pro/carb.... pro/fat on non workout days.
6:30pm- pwo shake 50pro/100carb
9:30pm-this is where i am not sure cuz i go to bed at around 10.... so should this be a pro/fat or pro/carb? keep in mind that im trying to cut too... what do you guys think?

pro/carb (brown rice, oats, or 100% whole weat bread)
it dosen't matter if u r cutting or not.

so the carbs wont interfere with my nightime metabolic rate.... its slower with carbs then fat

lol, sorry bro, i just worry, im really trying to be dedicated to my diet, and i never had to worry about eating carbs that late until this new job......

well thats the thing, it took me yrs to find out that diet was crucial, and i have noticed big things, like down in single digit bf% at 225, i was never able to do that before no matter how much ECA or clen /T3 i took....

so should it be a lighter carb like some whole grain bread or does it really matter cuz personally i like whole wheat pasta or brown rice........ and how much at that late of the day....

I dont eat that shit nemore.......try some white beans , lentils , soybeans , etc....those are very low gi with high fiber
