    About the cutting sticky

    Just wanna remind some people that it is person specific. I think what they have set as an example would be good for somebody really close to a show, or somebody fat as hell, but I'd drop dead on that type of diet personally. Carbs way too low, I need more throughout the day. I think it's awesome that its layed out for you, but definitely listen to your body if it's not working. My .02

    cutting is hell now matter how you do it. Bloody fat takes forever to go. Been doing low carb and crdio for three weeks now and i am sick of the sight of meat and my cross trainer.
