    A good product to consume while in a working enviroment, when you can't eat a solid meal. And if done in an orderly fashon, sipping on drinks in between breaks and lunch is usally something you can get away with. MatrixGuy is right however, the price of this product is Jackass.

    its much cheaper and healthier to go with whey , oats and peanut butter mixed together , mrp's apart from expensive have got too much additaves

    i just drink one throughout the day between meals and one PWO. i get a good deal on it.
