    subway chicken and bacon ranch

    a 6 incher has 25 grams of fat, 530 calories, 36 grams of protein, pretty damn good for a 6 incher

    was just wondering, u think if i had them take off tha bacon itd reduce tha fat, making it a good high protein, high calorie, medium fat meal?

    considering whats on it, the hi gi carb bread..the sugars in it.. the toppings the cheese and sauce...

    its a fat/low quality protien/hi gi carb meal.....its garbage.

    but, its better than NOTHING.

    I do love the fukin double meatball subs with a line of ranch and a line of italian with lotsa s and p tomatoes and jalapenos tho....

    fuk haven't had one in a while tho

    i haven't had a whole cheat ever since i started my cutting phase (4 weeks now) i've been eating couple cheat meals a week that's all (do not flame me SC),
    i'm taking one next week, and gonna eat the worst ang greasist food ever
    in n' out, Taco bell, Baskin Robins, smoke weed, candy

    ROFL, I just watch the movie super size me at work today, and they had the subway spokesman Jared on there talking to a really fat little girl about how she should be on the subway sandwich diet. Imagine taking dietary advice from a man who is not only still fat, but whose approach to a sound diet revolves around a fast food sandwich...

    I agree with what your saying, but if you take somebody who eats sweets and fried food all day, and put them to eat Whole Wheat Subs with grilled chicken no mayo they will lose weight fast. But yeah Jared is a JOKE.
