This is what we in diet consulting land call a "very open ended question".

Totally impossible to answer not knowing a thing about you, your goals, schedule, workout, cardio, etc. etc. etc.

Here is the current cycle i am running

wk: 1-14 BD test prop 100mg ED
wk: 1-6 tren 75 mg ED
wk: 7-12 50 mg winnie tabs ED
wk: 3-6 500iu's HCG two days in a row
wk: 13-14 300iu's HCG ED for 2 weeks (researched and come to the conclusion that more frequent injections at low doses of HCG will better prepare your testicles for PCT)

    PCT: Clomid 300/100/50
IGF-1 LR3 40MCGS PWO BILATERAL INJECTIONS WILL PUMP TO 60
pOSSIBLE MIGHT INCLUDE SOME AROMASIN AT 20MG ED
TRIBULUs have never used before not sure what dosage to use

My daily everyday diet for the past 2months has been

    6am- 6 eggs and a protein shake
    10am 6 hard boiled eggs
1 pm- 12 ounces of grilled chicken protein shake
3 pm- Can of tuna fish protein shake
6 pm- 8 ounces ground hamburger
8pm 1 cup of cottage cheese and protein shake
    10pm mixed fruit

Im just tired of eating food want to sort of shock my system....Will just using the protein shakes keep my metabolism going all day or will it turn on turn off which is what i dont want.

i would reccommend at least 4 good meals and 3 shakes throughout the day

    something like...

    meal1
    shake
    meal2
    shake
    meal3
    shake
    meal4
    meal5

this is how i do my diet and it works well as long as its clean i eat about every 2-2.5 hours
