    Eating while ON..........

If one was on a mild test cycle, maybe a dbol front load (mild being 250mg e week), would this allow him to eat more with less risk of getting fat? Does having an abundance of test allow your body to utilize food more? My OCD is keeping me from gains. I am about 8-9% bf but getting weaker each day (prob. cause I do cardio 7 days a week, and train 6 too...) I thought my diet wa enough, but apparently not. Any advice/critque would be fabulous...thanks bros.

530 - LIGHT, LIGHT 35 MINUTE BRISK WALK

    700 - 3/4 cup oats
225g of dry curd cottage chesse with a few pieces of fruit
    1 cup egg whites

    9:45
2 pieces of whole wheat bread
    2tb of ANPB
    50g whey shake

    1230
3 servings (about 100g carbs) whole wheat pasta
10oz chicken breast, steamed veggies, large salad

    300
what's better? 250g of dry curd hear with 20 or so peanuts OR
1 can of tuna, small salad

    530
    TRAIN

    6:45
myoplex MRP, 1 banana, small salad, carrots, etc.
    OR
    whey/dext
    OR
    1/2 cup oats/whey/skim banana

    830
low carb wrap with large salad, veggies, etc

    930
    50g casein shake
    2tb of flax

    1000
    BED

    GOT TO BE CLOSE TO 4,000 CALS.........6'2, 175, 7-8%BF

    Ditch the cardio????????????

My 2 biggest concerns are, during the CLEAN bulkin phase.....what would u reccomend for pre and post training nutrition. I train at 6pm and am out like a light at 9:00pm.......would a meal 2-3 minutes (literally) before I crash be detremental? I.E lead to fat storage? Talking like cottage cheese, peanuts, and a casein shake. roughly 600cals, too much

I also noticed that you still didn't wish to incorporate any of my advice, or that of Giantz11 at all.

That's fine, you can do as you wish, but you may wish to slow down on the threads w/questions if you are already set in what you are going to do.

I thought I did.........Hey, I'm trying bro. So what I should change in your eyes is the fat/carb meal in #2, switch to fat and protein right or pro/carb? How about 1/2 cup oats, 50g whey shake instead

and in my 2nd to last meal, lost the low carb wrap in favor of eith 1/2 cup of brown rice or 2 pieces of whole wheat.

Final shake ok? PB/casein, flax/casein, or dry curd and anpb?

    everything else look on?
