change it bro, re-do the diet. Just like a workout you need to change a diet because your body adapts. Try some new rations of carbs/pro/fat.

    you diet needs work man

you have protein only meals 2 actually

you are getting fat from flax oil only

you do not have ur calories measured

and when i say re-arrange diet i mean when u lose/gain wieght obviously ur weight changes...so u need to re-adjust to the new weight

    good luck

he's right. Your diet needs to be re-adjusted every so often because your body changes constantly. You may not make the same gains you did from a pervious diet now because of the adaptions your body has made.

    -butter for saturated fats
    -lard
    -prok chops
    etc...

drop it to 2400..if ur losing too much weight quickly(i highly doub it) or strength

then up the cals a bit
