Bad Breath and cutting

Just wondering if you guys still chew gum or eat mints when cutting because every gum or mint i've seen contains sugar and carbs so ive been avoiding them. however, i find myself avoiding getting to close too girls because i just dont feel fresh enough. If you guys have any tips (other than brushing my teeth obviously :1laugh: ) it would be appreciated.

just chew gum theres tons that have less then 1g of sugar which are sugarfree considered...trident clorets juicy fruit ..u can get away with all these it wont matter the little .6g of sugar at 4cals/piece

Every gum i see has 2 carbs per stick, even the sugar free ones. I would have never thought about it but this girl told me that gum has carbs, and when i checked... 2 fuking carbs!.... and i was eating like 5 sticks a day, thats 10 carbs i had no idea i was consuming, but i'm gonna try those listerine strips. thanx

305Guy.....Usually those sugar free gums contain Sugar Alcohols, which have to technically be listed as carbs, but they do not effect blood sugar and I don't think they are even digestable, you could still stick with the gum.

Cool, Thanx Giantz11 much appreciated.. its a real inconvenience worrying about bad breath when your trying too talk to females.

EDIT: was wondering if the 3 carbs in my sugarfree popsicles would affect my blood sugar at all?
