    What's your favorite meal?
    Most hated meal?
    favorite cheat meal or place?

    Favorite meal: oats mixed with egg whites and cinamon or steak w/ sweet potatoe and rice pilaf
    Least fav: dry canned tuna w/mayo...hate em both
    Fav cheat: COLD STONES ICE CREAM MIXED WITH M'M's and OREOS Right after a chinese buffet!

    1Favourite: this meal changes a lot, but at the moment it’s a big fat chicken Brest with loads of pepper, and chilly source, garlic,ect, ect, along with some flax of course.

    2Most hated meal: again this changes to ,, err I’m sick to death of oats and egg whites

    3Cheat meal: white bread

    1. Chicken breast with beef rice. SO GOOD.

    2. Starting to hate eggs now (egg whites included) and also tuna, even though I eat it almost everyday just by itself out of the can.

    3. Chicken wings and garlic bread.

    Lol, w/e I'm young, in 3 hours all that chinese and ice cream will be out of my system and I'll be ready to eat again.....

    I'll usually hit the big buffet cheat with a few buddies, and do the ice cream later with a girl... ill usually do this cheat once every two weeks instead of the traditional one week-that way my body will respond less to overload of calories, sodium, sat fat, sugars and all the other junk....plus ill be so "cheated" out that I won't get any cravings for a LONG time......

    2. tuna , eggs , chicken , turkey , rice , vegetables

    3. Mcdonalds , reese's crunchy , Pwo shakes , reese's crunchy sticks dipped in Choclate PB , choc chip cookie dough ice cream from baskin robbins and chineese food

    1) Lean ground beef patties (Burger with out bun) I don't know why I find them so delicious.

    2) The thick chicken breasts

    3) There is just something about Pizzahut pizza.. Gotta be the grease

    I eat tuna straight out of the can everyday and I'm really starting to despise it.

    Oatmeal in skim milk with splenda is still one of my favorite everyday meals.

    One of my favorite cheat day meals is large classic pizza from "Godfather's" I like to wash it down with a diet dr pepper.
