Type of fats on no carb day?

I have been cutting for a few weeks and I have decided to have no high carb days. I am going to take in 150 through PWO and PPWO and that is it. I think that might be alright, I am 6 foot 184. On workout days 95% of my fat comes from EFA's. My question is this, on my non workout days, or no carb days, can I get away with eating sausage, whole eggs, steak and other stuff like that. I will still get some oil and walnauts but without a cheat day I want to have a few saturated fat items on my no carb day. I get about 60 fat on workout days and 90-110 on non workout days.

Yo dude, you should have a healthy balance of fats each and everyday, not just EFA's. Your body can only untilize so much per day.

    whats wrong with saturated fat???

on any given day my % of fat intake is:
    50%saturated(from butter and animal fat)
    25%olive oil
    25%flax oil

DAMN! I could get away with eating some butter with my eggs on the no carb days, Holy hell, screw the cheat days and carb days. What about a t-bone steak?

If I were to eat a bowl of oats (54 carbs) on my cardio only day, would that affect my eating the rest of the day? Would it be ok to have the saturated fat later in the day? I was thinking of sticking the oats and egg whites into my second meal around 11:00 or so then have steak, eggs, butter or whatever for dinner around 7.
