    Acceptable PPWO foods?

I have been eating basmatti rice, yams, or canned pumpkin with splenda and pumpkin pie spice (yum!). Since I have no high carb or cheat days, what else can I get away with eating. I read once that almost anything fat free could work.

Cool, I have grits, would splenda in them be ok for ppwo? Is too much fiber in PPWO bad? This pumpkin has it like mad but I know the yams also do.

Those from CT gotta stick together.

King....Fiber is fine in your PPWO meal, its a great thing, you want to have it digest slowly over the night!
