How come I can't get my stomach down? DAMN! I have definition (nice line down the middle and some on the outer edge) but it still protrudes, especially when totally relaxed! What the hell...do I need to lose more fat still or could it be too many carbs? More ab work to tighten up? Am I crazy of have you guys seen dudes like this?

Its called VAT, it the fat tissue underneath the abdominals. This causes your stomach to protrude. The best way to get rid of VAT is usually suppressing Cortisol. Seems like water weight cuz when I'm dehydrated (after a night out) I wake up very and my stomach is tight. Maybe I need to control my salt?
Up your water intake and you should be fine then....Also seems that if you have a bunch of nights out, it could indeed be a cortisol/VAT issue, as thats what drinking does. Hence the term Beer Belly.
