    ha, you actually gave me this idea...if there was a national cheat day for BBers

    It should be on march 13th....cuz march 14th is steak&bj day...2days of heaven damn

    My cheat day is in 5 days........eat alot of food for me

    whats funny about cheat days is that everyone here knows what we mean and how much we look forward to them, but outside this board people i know don't get it. Its good to know there are people in the same boat as me, AR KICKS A$$!

    YES, happy cheat day all. Last week when I was eating at the buffet and keep asking for plates the waitress got pissed so for her tip I left 1 penny on a clean plate.

    I never heard of "cheating" untill I came to this forum, after eating clean for a few months now I understand the pure joy you get from eating garbage. I eat the same 4 or 5 foods day in and day out, when it comes time to eat some crap it's exciting. I just ate a half pint of organic soy icecream, man I feel like shit but it was so good going down.
