    The Carb List

Please add whatever good carb source you have used, or know of. Dont post questions. This is a reference for people who want to get many sources of carbs to keep interested in eating right. Ill start with a few common ones:

Oatmeal - complex carb, great in the morning

Whole wheat, 12 grain, flax bread - good for fiber and carbs

Whole wheat Pasta - who doesnt love pasta?

Rice - Brown rice, wild rice, none of the "minute" stuff... good complex carb

Dextrose - a simple carb suppliment, used usually after a workout to carb-load.. is a high glycemic index, absorbes quick causing insulin spike.

Add in anything that is a good carb for us muscle heads!

    Ill start with 2 :

Table Sugar : simple empty calories

High Fructose Corn Syrup : the most common artificial sweetener out there... its in everything you drink thats sweet, unless otherwise stated... BAD sugar....
