The Fat List
Please add food sources of fats we need to eat. List the food, type of fat in it, and possibly the amount of fat in a certain amount of the food. Keep in mind that saturated, mono, and poly fats all have a role for us... Ill start with a couple common fat sources :
Beef : saturated fat, good for protein/fat meal
Olive oil : monos, polys and saturates....
Flax oil : EFA's like crazy
Peanut Butter : monos, saturates
Butter : mmm butter, saturated

Make sure the Flax is made with Lignans, which have nice anti-cancer properties.

ive been eating olives... great for fat intake.
