    dude the best milk is MOOTOPIA it has like 13 grams of protein and only a few grams of carbs if ur concrned about carbs

    havent heard of MOOTOPIA, not really worried about carbs though ive actually bumped up my carb intake to try and put on a bit more weight,
    thanx 4 tha advice though
