Wnated to start added calories for a 2 month clean bulk and wondered if Pre carb meal is necassary. I am gaining strength cutting with only P/F meal leading up to workout so I thought what the hell, I can keep it that way and just increae Post workout carbs to 80-100 each meal slowly. I am also going to continue morning cardio every morning for a while becasue frankly, I love doing it, it clears the mind and the body for a fresh start each day. At 182 and 6 foot I thought 3300 calories is a good goal since I am still doing cardio. Any thoughts?
