Just reading the label over and this seems like a pretty decent Fat/Protein bar. 2 Net carbs, 1g of sugar, 7-8g of fat and 30g of protein.........I know, I know....They aren't the greatest, but when you win 3 free cases, what should one do? Pitch em? Cmon...1 a day has got to reap rewards on top of 7 solid bulking meals, agree?
