    Smoothie King

    I just thought I'd let everyone know. Smoothie King, if you can find one, has a shake called The Hulk with 40g of protein and some other stuff and the 32oz totals about 2,600 calories. And it tastes ******* great! It's really helped my bulk.

    40 grams of protein = 160 calories

    2600 total minus 160 = 2440 calories

    Makes you wonder what the other calories are from. My guess is fat and sugar, none of which I'd want to consume that much of, and not together, even while bulking. Adding mass is cool, but lean mass, not fat ass!

    yea, i have read the nutritional info on it, and i think its more like 1500 cals, but there is a ridiculous amount of fat and sugars in it.....id stay away
