Every Sunday I have a cheat meal and last night I put down:
4 cheeseburges (grocery store bought)
2 hot dogs
plate of french fries
large cone from dairy queen
3 popsicles
2 glasses of coke

What do you think of eating clean m-f, and then Friday night through sunday night eating whatever the hll you feel like (within reason)? As long as protien is high?
