Good Protein/Fat Only meals :
How about some good suggestions? Maybe like 50g protein/25g good fats?

Here's one that I use.
6oz Chix(50g protien),all the raw spinach you can handle,1 Tbls Udo's oil(25g EFA)

how do u take that on the go ..doesnt the udos have to be refrigerated

Question - in your protein/fat only meals, can one incorporate as much greens (romaine, peppers, celery, onions, etc.) as they want? Say like a HUGE steak salad? Or chicken salad with olive oil?

eat vegies, no probs at all, actually it's good natty source of fiber and it's good for ur digestive system.

what's more benefitial?
can of tuna w/ 1tb canola mayo and a hard boiled egg
OR
tuna pack with 2tb of almond butter or peanutter on celery?

Try to have some almond butter and Mayo in one day. So maybe 1 tablespoon mayo and some almonds, that'd be your best bet.

U can also go with:
6oz chicken breast
2 strips cooked bacon
1 slice real american cheese
This equals approx 50g pro/15g fat
Just had it for lunch myself.
