Ok heres the deal, I have been deluding myself the last few month into believing my diet is good or at least decent just because im not drinking 2 liters of soda in a sitting and chowing down on cheeseburgers and frys. I would like to get friggen ripped. I am currently on cycle and have made some progress body fat wise since my diet has been somewhat cleaner and of course the AAS doesent hurt. I figure since I have dropped some $'s on AAS whats a few on a decent diet plan.
One question do you design your diets to work synergistically with AAS?
