    to late to eat....

    okay say i get to the gym around 6pm, lift, get my pwo shake about 7-7:15pm... then i have my ppwo meal about 8:30pm or so... which is pro/carb, then i usually go to bed around 9:30pm. Is there a specific time you should wait to go to bed after eating carbs or is that hour i get okay? Bare in mind i am cutting right now too.

    Nope, actually try to eat your pro/carb meal just before you go to bed. This will be more beneficial.

    oh so even with the carbs, my metabolism will rise as i sleep?

    It will actually slow, but if you eat right before going to bed, all that was ingested will be used for repair. Not to mention the fact that since its PPWO it should be a slow burning carb and this will stave off any catabolsim associated with sleeping.

    so you guys think i should eat say at 9 and then go to bed? even when cutting? what you think swole?
