The only time I've ever cooked cottage cheese is when supplementing it for ricotta in some recipes.

You should cook them at 350 for 25-30 minutes (lets see how many poeple try this one...) :wg: (don't forget to take the wrappers off) :icon_roll

first you said regular kraft slices, then you said no fat.. no fat takes a little longer to cook (because of the lack of fat).. they take about 35-40 minutes...

lol sorry if i seem clueless. i haven't laid my hand on cottage cheese yet. after chicken/tuna/other fish diet i've decided to replace some with cottage cheese.. so i was just asking.. cause some recipes blend eggs with cottage cheese on a skillet so i was just wondering if it was a must to cook it. that's all. but thanks for the reply heh

I eat cottege cheese daily straight from the fridge with either fresh fruit slices or frozen fruit mixed in. Tastes great.

So do I ;) If you want to watch sugars close, use the 1%, it tastes better and you don't need anything in it IMO. If I use ff I usually add sugar free preserves to give it some decent taste. I try not to each too much fruit, but I love it :wg:
