    Cool My Slin/T4 diet

    This is my Diet using slin/T4

    1-Non workout days=2000
    2-Iron only days=2300
    3-Iron only days with slin=2300
    4-Sprinting/running only days= 2400
    5-Iron/sprinting/running days= 2700
    6-Iron/sprinting/running days with slin=2700
    ratio of P-C-F on

    1-50-25-25
    2-40-30-30
    3-40-30-30
    4-40-30-30
    5-40-40-20
    6-40-40-20

    Non workout days diet (1)

    meal 1chicken/turkey/lentils

    meal 2chicken/turkey/white beans

    meal 3chicken/turkey/green beans/flax oil

    meal 4chicken/turkey/green beans/butter

    meal 5chicken/turkey/green beans/olive oil

    meal 6chicken/turkey/green beans/olive oil

    2010 kcals , 59grams fat , 132 grams carbs , 254 grams protein

    1 off day with a cheat meal

    Ok so Im gonna use 3-5Ius of slin...not sure how much yet...pwo 3 times a week...will be using metformin(dose?)chromium ,cinnamon , cocoa powder (all for slin senstivity) , multi , Vit C , have glucose tabs..and working on the T4 cycle...Gonna update when I get it figured out...Im not gonna start nething unless I have everything in check 1000%......

    any info or critique???

    Questions:

    1-the chicken/turkey/beans/oats all have fat in them would that be a probelm while using the slin or are those amounts too small that they wont make a diff

    2-My whey has bout 30 servings left MAX...so if I go out of whey...Do i have to stop slin??

    3-Well If I remember anything...Ill post it here..sorry for the long post haha

    Have glucose tabs justin case , injectable b-12 , 300 tabs of T4..can get more..as much as I want..the insulin is a novorapid pen

    No , But Im running slin Dont wanna run AAS yet .... still 18

    Any Ideas or things you think I should change?

    I've run slin only cycles. Planning on using it during PCT.

    1. I never went over 10 g fat with in a 3 hour time frame (for humalin R). I assume you are taking humalog since you arent in US where a script is required for humalog, so you would be safe after 2 hours. No fat at all is pretty hard to do.

    2. Don't have to stop. Are you using creatine with it too? I mean, with out protein after your shot, you aren't accomplishing much (unless you are using creatine with it). Just buy some freakin whey!!! I used Evopro.

    I would see if you couldn't work up to 10ius PWO as that is what I ran with good results. Also you shouldn't need all that glucose shit, you should be able to get ample blood glucose with the dex you should be taking a few minutes after your shot. If you feel hypo, just grab something sugary out of the fridge, but I never had any problems..

    The kcal would be to high for me to lose weight on but maby it will work for you?

    I would use more then 22g ppwo when taking slin. Especialy since you have no meal after this one. I go hypo if I use that little carbs. With novorapid I usualyt take 7iu with 80g dextrose pwo and then ppwo I eat maby 40-50 grams of low gi carbs from brown rice 30-45 minutes after. Then I eat a couple of fruits the hours after or another ppwo meal. If I dont I always go hypo 1,5-2 hours after my ppwo meal. I also zip on whey shakes all the time.

    do mroe then 3-5 ius. Start off with 3 but work upp to 7-8 or so. I notice the best results at 7-8 ius and I have never tried higher dosages. Do the metformin on non slin days only. 500mg with every carb meal should be a good dosage.

    1. Dont do oats. otherwise the fat from the other foods wont be such a big concern since its close to impossible to not eat ANY fat at all. Remember not to eat fat for atleast 2 hours before the slin shot aswell.

    2. Nope. I know how hard it is for you to find whey. Drink milk before and during and post workout so you have a constant flow of complete amino acids pwo. Eggs pre workout aswell would be good.

    he is using novorapid pen by novonordisc. Its acctualy a bit faster then humalog. Or well I think it peaks faster but stays active a bit longer cant remember the charts. Not safe after 2 hours imo. Atleast 4. I can go into hypo 3-4 hours after the shot so that tells me its still active.
