how to add more calories
whats up fellas, ive been eating more it seem slike but my calories still arent that high today for instant i ate 2500 calories 300g of protein 160g carbs and 40 grams of fat.....i am 5'11" 225 i am trying to bulk up i dont want to add too much fat but what can i do to gain more calories?

McDonalds, pizza, fruit juice, yogurt, bread, pasta mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

see i dont want ot eat that garbage......im trying to keep it clean and still gain, is that even that possible?

Just employ more calorie dense foods such as fats, healthy/good fats of course though.

just add more for instants if you have 10 egg whites an 1/2 cup oats for breakfast make it 12 egg whites and maybe 3/4 cup oats something long the lines of that insead of haveing 8 oz chicken have 10 or eat more read meat that always does the trick for me
