what do you think of this diet ????
Alright guys my homeboy at the gym has been on this diet for almost 5 months he swears by it...he's standing strong at 179 under 10 % bf
meal 1- 1 scoop whey 1/2 tbls flax
meal 2- 10 egg whites 1 packet instant oats
meal 3- 1 can tuna 1/2 cup brown rice
workout
PWO- 2 scoop whey casin
meal 4- 8 oz lean protein/ 2 cups brocclie ( adds fat if nedded )
meal 5- same as meal 4
meal 6- 2 scoop whey with 1/2 tbls flax
Supps-- Creatine/glutimine/ Multi vit, RALA, calcium, biotin, Tribulis,
Vitimin C, fish oil, flax oil, B-12, ZMA
i was woundering if going so long with out carbs would act as a atomatic reffeed in the morning when he eats the 2 pro/carb meals back to back?????
