what do you think of this diet ????
Alright guys my homeboy at the gym has been on this diet for almost 5 months he swears by it...he's standing strong at 179 under 10 % bf
meal 1- 1 scoop whey 1/2 tbls flax
meal 2- 10 egg whites 1 packet instant oats
meal 3- 1 can tuna 1/2 cup brown rice
workout
PWO- 2 scoop whey casin
meal 4- 8 oz lean protein/ 2 cups brocclie ( adds fat if nedded )
meal 5- same as meal 4
meal 6- 2 scoop whey with 1/2 tbls flax
Supps-- Creatine/glutimine/ Multi vit, RALA, calcium, biotin, Tribulis,
Vitimin C, fish oil, flax oil, B-12, ZMA
i was woundering if going so long with out carbs would act as a atomatic reffeed in the morning when he eats the 2 pro/carb meals back to back?????

doesnt look bad, although you do not want to use casien protein pwo because its slow digesting. You would be better off to use that in your meal 6 and use whey post workout with dextrose 2:1 carb/pro ratio. Meal 1 I would use something like egg whites or another lean protein source to limit the amount of shakes you are consuming.

true about the shakes but this isnt my diet im thinking of giving it a try for about 7-9 days to see what happens....but would eating the 2 pro/carb meals like that in the mnorning act as a automatic refeed ??? considring he goes all day will out carbs ??

I would have carbs early in the day, b4 workout, and after changing the amounts each time having the most in the morning, med amt b4 workout, and lesser amount pwo.

i see but my Question is going he rest of the day till morning will act as a refeed???
