    Sweet Potato for PWO

    Does anybody eat sweet potatos for your PWO? How do you have em?

    i eat them ppwo and ust whey / dextrose pwo.

    I usually fry them in fat free butter spray until they are burned a little.

    I usually eat them with a lean protein and a cup of fiber rich veggies.
