    Fast Food

is eating stuff like mcdonalds, bk, wendy's...ok to get in extra calories. i dont mean everyday but more than once a wk on your "cheat" day. personally i'm an ectomorph/hardgainer so the fat content doesnt worry as much. its just that being a full time student and working a part time job doesnt make it easy to always be eating/preparing the meals all the time.

As a hardgainer, I'm inclined to say get the cals however you can get them. But damn that food is just plain old Trash, Trans Fats etc.... Just horrible for your health. See if you can grab Chipotle or something with a bit better ingredients.
