    you envy me ...

    What up fellas i have decided to take a 3 day break from my diet...i am going to eat what evrer i want for till Sunday ok maybe that 4 days what ever im revampimg my diet and i'll start my new diet MONDAY MORNING and im also gonna stop cardio straight up BUlking till MOnday i been diet forever and i need a break....Just thought i would let evrey one know so far i have had 1 jar of Natty PB now im eating Rocky Road ice cream...woooo hooo

    hey man, i went on a cruise and did the same thing, except i worked out because working out is fun to me. when you keep dieting for too long its too much of a phychological thing. right before i had my first bite of pizza i felt bad, but hey, its not gonna damage you too much just remember that...well as long as you dont decide to give up dietiing.

    O im not gonna stop lifting just stoping cardio work...and no you cant always be a robot but im already sick of eating this ice cream i have swelled to a pulp haha....i cant wait till tommorow when i will have a whole day of a fun food fest..O and to answer u i will never give up dieting im a freaking trainer i gotta look half ass good for my clients

    woke up this morning smellng my gas from the rock road ice cream, i walked to the kitchen got 2 scoop whey and 2 cups 2% milk with 1/2 instant oats....2 hrs later i had a chicken bacon cheese toasted sub from subway and a meium size jar of crunchy PB.. now im headed to the golf course to play 18 holes is this blisterin texas heat i will post more as the drama continues...

    alright guys back from the course watching...K 1 fighting awsome stuff..anyway just ordered a pizza from Dominos and swnt the girlfriend to the store to pick up more ice cream...man i feel horrible and good all at once.. WTF LEPTIN HORMONES are going haywire not to mention metabolizism is completly out of wack

    I cheated 2day...I felt like shit...and was forcing the food down my throat...put some sugar in my coffee..(no artificial sweetner's I drink it black)_...almost threw up...gross.;..I quit the day..and went back to eating my usual food....I think I just got used to it...So no I dont envy you,....But I can drink 2morrow...

    alright guys after the pizza and ice cream i took a nap woke up and had more i dont think i can hadel much more i may have to go back to usual diet tommorow

    alright woke up this morning had 5 breakfst tacos went and did shoulders after shoulders i had a Super Sonic burger with fries and a cookie dough ice cream shake...im F'in done i feel horrible i gained 7 lbs in 2 days im starting cardio tommorow
