    What do you guys munch on when you get cravings?

    i always get the biggest cravings for the junkiest of foods and it drives me crasy... what do u guys munch on when u guys get cravings on snacks and such? right now im munchin on some roasted nuts... is that bad?

    Not necessarily a bad thing, but it is a higher calorie food.

    Depending on my goals, I snack on different things. These are foods I snack on when cutting:


    I usually eat pickles, sugar free jello, sugar free popsicles, drink a ton of diet soda or crystal light.

    I eat the sugarfree jello or sugarfree pudding (the cook and serve kind you make with skim milk is really good) with free coolwhip.

    I like nuts and fruit but I tend to eat too much of them when I eat them....

    If you stick with lower GI fruits (apples), they aren't bad... If I have hi GI fruits (like bananas) I have them PWO.

    thats right...... I try to take fruit PWO....... I take 3 fruits a day..... banana apple and some watermelon or grapes or grapefruit... I like nuts too (almonds) i take about 15 with my light yogurt..... it tastes good.

    But as I said before.... an icecream on saturday!!! Man thats some good shit!!!!

    I actually got these ice cream sandwichs that are 140 calories each and they are big, and actually taste like real icecream sandwiches too. http://www.skinnycow.com/

    you prolly dont have gull saity you may no be getting enough protein carbs or prolly fats in ur diet if your diet is keyed in you dont have food cravings...but who am i to talk im on a 3 day beinge
