FRUIT!!! the trute about it!!!!!!
Ok guys.... this is my current diet...... just want to know if I can take fruits in this diet..... and at which meal should I take which fruit?? ( I am making a lean muscle gain kind of diet)

banana, apple, grapes,watermelon,grapefruit,orange,peach

6am 5 egg whites omlette with turkey ham and cheese
22gms protein shake
25grms oatmeal

8am 2 slices of wholemeal bread
turkey breast and edem chesse
15ml flax seed oil
meal 3
10am 1 can of tuna with salad
1 yogurt
meal 4
12.15pm chicken breast
1 cup rice
5ml flax seed oil
meal 5
2.30pm 42gms protein shake
meal6
4.45pm steak
2 spoons oatmeal
meal 7
5.30pm workout
meal 8
7.15 one meal replecment protein shake (vitamins and carbs included)
*(I think I can have some kind of fruit here)

9.30 chicken breast with salad
4 caramel rice cakes
