EFA daily consumption
W :shoot: hat up bros im trying to make a chart or whatever of the daily consuption of stuff i have to eat to gain that big body mass ive read the thread on how to bulk up but it dosnt have a daily recomended amount of the essential fatty acids. My stats are 180lbs and im 5"11. So does anyone have an answer?

There is no one answer, everyone is different. You need to make a diet for yourself based on your own size / needs / bodytype and experiment with it until you get the desired results. Check out the bulking sticky in my sig or at the top of this forum for more help
