    my diet plz help

    here is my diet that i have eaten everyday for the last month.
    meal 1: 7am 6egg whites 2 yolks
    1 cup of oatmeal
    1 banana

    meal 2: 9:30am 50g protien drink

    meal 3: 11:30am 8oz chicken breast (boneless/skinless)
    1 cup mixed veggies
    medium sized white potato

    meal 4: 2:30pm protien drink

    meal 5: 5:00pm (pre workout) protien drink
    1,000mg vit c
    2 tabs ammino's
    20oz water

    meal 6: 7:30pm (post workout) protien drink
    1,000mg vit c
    2 tabs ammino's

    meal 7: 9:30pm 8oz lean meat (fish, tuna, cod or chicken)
    1 cup mixed veggie



    tomarrow night i will begin week 4 of my cycle 500mg test e, 400mg eq. when i first started i weighted 234lbs, i am now down to 216lbs on a 5'11" frame. i play rugby 3 times a week (practice twice and game on sat) i also lift on mon, tue, thurs, fri. my trainer/friend/supplier put me on this diet to lose some fat. had a little beer gut, and some love handles. they are still there but alot smaller. i have lost 2 1/2 inches off my waiste. i am not really gaining any muscle. i was told it was because the test and eq take about 4 weeks to kick in. my question is, on this diet will i get mass gains? im a little worried about eating 5000 calories a day and getting fatter? plz help with any info thnx
