Splenda
can any point in the right direction..i'm UK and having trouble understanding the diets posted here,i:e types of food...i;e ground beef,splenda?.any diets anyone knows of posted by uk members? thanks

splenda is an artifical sweetner..Use it as much as u want

Manc, I know we'll get some UK guys on here to explain some things. Ground Beef is Hmaburger meat if that helps at all.

Sorry im basicly trying to say without being RUDE that i dont understand some of the foods mentioned in the diets cos im based in the UK and was hoping some one from UK had poted a diet

You don't have beef in the UK??? Or Splenda? I find that hard to believe....

no i aint seen splenda,im married for 15 years,so the supermarket hasn't been a place i been to much..is it like CANDEREL?.And no i aint heard of ground beef...mince beef yes.

Should have no probs getting splenda in the uk. Ground beef is the same as minced meat.
